This flower hair clip was based on a design from a book a friend lent me. It could be created with a variety of seed bead colours to make different specific flowers, but the width of the petals is somewhat dependent of the strength of the wire in holding each line of beads.
Each petal is created by adding 3 beads to the centre of a length of wire, then rows of 6 beads which both ends of the wire is fed through. _000_ [ ] 000000 [ ] 000000 | | and so on...
I added two centre sprouts and a hair clip to the bottom, and am quite happy with how it turned out
I knitted this hippo for a friend's baby to give at the engagement party. Got started a bit late and began knitting friday after work, and knitted right through until I was stepping off the train to her house. Will upload the pattern for it soon.

This ring is created from shiny blue seed beads that I got from a closing down sale a while back. I just used plain thread so it is one size only. The difficulty with this design was joining the first row to the last in a secure and neat enough way to keep the ring strong enough to wear.
This tiara was created using clear sead beads and very thin purple wire. A requirement here was finding wire that could be threaded twice through the same bead. You make it in a zigzag pattern.
