Tiramisu cheesecake

Just had to post up a picture of the Tiramisu cheesecake I made for Tim for his birthday -
om nom!

Was pretty tasty - and if I made it again the only thing I would change is soaking the sponge fingers in extra coffee liquid for a more moist cake texture.
